Erasmus + Lifelong Learning Programme creates Transnational study and work experience opportunities within Europe, seeking to promote greater social inclusion for groups of people who are marginalised within the labour market.

Eco Château, in partnership with French, UK and other EU partners is pleased to welcome students and tutors from the Erasmus + programme who are undertaking qualifications in construction, horticulture, hospitality & catering and travel & tourism.

Groups participating in the Erasmus +  programme work and receive training on the renovation of Eco Château. We also offer the opportunity for horticulture, hospitality & catering and travel & tourism students to train and work within our gardens, industrial kitchen and to support our offer to holiday makers and festivals – please see our Work Placement & Training page.

Mission Locale is a national federated organisation working in France with young and marginalised groups, providing a range of training, education and employment support. Mission Locale Picardie Maritime is a regional NGO established in 2000 assigned by the government and local authorities to offer a public service. Their core public is young people aged 16 to 25 who are known to have fewer opportunities and/or to be called NEET (not in employment, education or training). The objective is to provide information, assistance and guidance in order to encourage social and professional integration.

East Sussex College Hastings is a part of the recently merged East Sussex College Group, the group is made up of three sovereign colleges East Sussex College Hastings, East Sussex College Eastbourne, East Sussex College Lewes. The group and each college are government colleges of further education and training. East Sussex College Hastings serves the communities of Hastings and Rother and the surrounding areas. The college offers over 400 courses from entry level up to foundation degree, Level 4, Level 5 and level 6 top-up courses for students aged 14 upwards.
Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (GB Met) is a government college of further education established over 100 years ago. The college offers over 700 courses from entry level up to foundation degree and level 6 top-up courses for age groups from 14 upwards. Each year around 7,000 students’ study at GB Met for their next step into a career or onto university. In 2016-17 there were approximately 12,490 students studying on courses at GB Met which included 2,700 full-time students and 450 students studying on international programmes, many of those being short courses.
The Grace Eyre Foundation supports people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and enriched lives. They do this through a number of services and support frameworks and are the largest established charity supporting and empowering people with disabilities in the South East. They work hard to make sure that people with learning disabilities have the right information, support and opportunity to understand their value and the meaningful contribution they have to offer society and look to elevate their achievements, effectiveness and their ability to work is an integral part of this framework.
